Who publishes this guide

The betvictor editorial desk is a reader-funded team of rummy editors, format specialists, and a regulatory researcher. The desk is not affiliated with any rummy operator. We do not take payment from operators for review placement or for favourable scoring. Our methodology is open — read it on the methodology page.

How we are funded

The desk is funded through reader subscriptions, sponsored editorial (clearly marked), and affiliate tracking links on the PLAY NOW button. Affiliate tracking does not influence our review placement or our scoring — the rubric is the rubric. Sponsored editorial is published with a "Sponsored" label at the top of the article; sponsored articles do not appear in the editorial-ledger pages.

The team

The desk is led by an editor-in-chief, a regulatory researcher, and three format specialists — one each for Points, Pool, and Deals Rummy. Every published page is reviewed by at least two editors and the regulatory researcher before publication. The corrections page logs every change after publication.

How to reach us

The desk reads every email and every correction submission. Use the corrections page for corrections, clarifications, and tips on operator behaviour. Use the editorial email for general enquiries. The desk does not respond to operator marketing requests.

Editorial policy

The desk's editorial policy covers five areas: factual accuracy, source citation, separation of editorial and commercial content, corrections handling, and conflict-of-interest disclosure. The full policy is published on the methodology page.

Factual accuracy: every claim in a published page is supported by a primary source. The source is cited in the page footer when the source is operator-issued.

Separation of editorial and commercial: sponsored articles are clearly labelled. The review ledger is not influenced by commercial relationships.

Corrections: every correction is logged on the corrections page with the date, the affected page, and the rubric impact.

Conflict-of-interest disclosure

The desk discloses every commercial relationship with an operator in the review ledger. A commercial relationship (affiliate link, sponsored article, or paid placement) does not affect the rubric score. The desk discloses the relationship so readers can make their own judgement.

Operator questions, answered

  • Is the desk affiliated with any operator?

No. The desk is an independent editorial publication. Commercial relationships are disclosed in the review ledger.

  • How do you handle operator disputes?

The desk re-checks disputed criteria, publishes corrections when warranted, and leaves the rest of the rubric intact. The rubric does not change to satisfy an operator.

  • Can an operator pay for a higher score?

No. The desk does not accept payment for review placement or for scoring. Affiliate tracking on PLAY NOW is clearly marked and does not affect scoring.

  • Where can I read the editorial policy?

The full editorial policy is published on the methodology page.

  • How do I report a conflict of interest?

Use the corrections page. Verified conflicts are logged and disclosed in the review ledger.
